This study is grounded in the importance of cultivating discipline as a key factor in supporting students’ learning success, particularly in Christian Religious Education at SD Kasih Anugerah, West Jakarta. The phenomenon observed shows that some students still lack discipline in their learning activities, which affects their academic performance. The purpose of this study is to understand the extent to which children’s discipline contributes to improving learning outcomes in Christian Religious Education. This research employed a descriptive qualitative approach involving upper-grade students as respondents and Christian Religious Education teachers as supporting informants. Data were collected through observation, interviews, and documentation, then analyzed through data reduction, presentation, and conclusion drawing. The findings revealed that the level of children’s discipline has a very strong influence on learning outcomes. It can be concluded that the higher the students’ discipline, the better their academic achievement. Therefore, collaboration between teachers and parents is essential in instilling discipline from an early age so that students grow into responsible, well-charactered, and high-achieving individuals.
